Practice software that does the paperwork between patients

Verradent is the schedule, charts, billing, texting and reports for a practice with 1 to 5 chairs, in one system. It checks insurance, drafts notes, posts EOBs and answers texts, and leaves anything that needs judgment for your team.

Verradent does it Someone on your team decides

6:12 a.m.

Insurance is sorted before anyone is in

Overnight, Verradent builds the insurance worklist for the next few days of appointments and, once your clearinghouse is connected, checks eligibility with the payer and posts electronic remittances against their claims. Anything it can’t check or match waits in a short queue for your billing lead.

  • Verradent does it: Eligibility checked with the payer before the visit
  • Verradent does it: Paper EOBs read from a PDF or phone photo and matched to claims
  • Your team decides: Denials reviewed, with an appeal letter drafted for you to edit

7:45 a.m.

The huddle starts with the same numbers for everyone

Yesterday against goal, what’s scheduled today, who owes a balance at check-in, and which patients in today’s chairs still have treatment waiting. No one builds a spreadsheet the night before.

  • Verradent does it: Production and collections against the goal you set
  • Verradent does it: Balances and open treatment flagged on today’s appointments
  • Your team decides: Unconfirmed patients listed for a call before 8:00

10:20 a.m.

The note is drafted while you seat the next patient

Dictate the visit in your own words. Verradent writes the progress note from what you said and what’s in the chart, with teeth, surfaces and CDT codes filled in. You read it, change what you want, and sign.

  • Verradent does it: Progress note, codes and fees drafted from your dictation
  • Verradent does it: Each claim checked for missing x-rays, narratives and codes before it’s sent
  • Your team decides: Notes stay drafts until a provider signs them; later changes are addenda

12:40 p.m.

Ask a question, get a list you can act on

Ask in plain English about your own practice. Answers come from your own records and name the patients behind each number. In the reports, open any figure to see those patients and text them from the same screen.

  • Verradent does it: Answers drawn from your schedule, ledger and charts
  • Verradent does it: Denial patterns spotted across claims, with the cause named
  • Your team decides: Messages to patients go out only when you send them

3:40 p.m.

A cancellation turns into an offer to your ASAP list

When a patient texts to cancel, the front desk answers from a shared inbox, moves the visit, and texts the open time to patients on the ASAP list who fit it. Patients can confirm or cancel visits in the portal and pay balances from a link.

  • Verradent does it: Two-way texting on your practice number, in one shared inbox
  • Your team decides: The open time texted to matching patients on the ASAP list
  • Verradent does it: Text-to-pay, posted to the ledger when it clears

6:05 p.m.

Texts still get answered after you lock up

Recall and review texts go out on schedule, inside your sending hours. The text receptionist answers questions about hours, location and what to bring from your practice’s own notes. Booking requests and anything clinical are passed to your team for the morning, not answered.

  • Verradent does it: Recall and review requests timed to each patient
  • Verradent does it: Common questions answered from your practice notes
  • Your team decides: Booking requests and clinical questions held for a person

One price per location, however many people use it

We quote a flat monthly price per location on your demo call. Adding a hygienist or an associate doesn’t change it. On the full plan each location gets a monthly allowance of 300 claims, 400 eligibility checks, 100 attachments, 2,000 texts and 1,500 AI actions. Claims, checks, attachments and texts above that are billed at a per-unit rate we list in your order form. AI actions are a hard monthly cap: they pause at the allowance until the next month, and are never billed as overage.

  • Unlimited users
  • Live eligibility and electronic claims
  • Texting and phones on your practice number
  • Every AI tool, with no premium tier

Verradent next to what you’re probably comparing it with

We built Verradent because the choice was a modern system without real reporting, or an older one with everything bolted on. Imaging is the gap we haven’t closed yet.
